A family-run dairy business in Market Drayton is seeking an experienced Engineering Service Leader to oversee maintenance and improvement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent manufacturing service levels through both reactive and preventative maintenance while leading a team effectively. Strong knowledge in process and services within a food manufacturing environment is essential. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant investments in site improvements and innovation.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Service Leader to join us at Market Drayton to supervise and carry out maintenance and improvement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the continued delivery of manufacturing service levels through both reactive and preventative maintenance and have strong people management skills along with a wealth of knowledge in Process and Services within a manufacturing environment.
As a result of major investment and commitment from Muller to the long-term future of their Shropshire operations, a number of vacancies have arisen within their engineering function at their Market Drayton site. The site has seen circa £80m invested in upgrades to site infrastructure, automation and high-speed filling machines. The site has secured further investment in world class warehousing and storage solutions, new product developments as well as significant investment in their yogurt and fruit processing plants.
