A property management company is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain communal areas in London, ensuring high cleanliness standards and exceptional service for residents. The role involves various cleaning responsibilities, reporting faults, and requires experience in caretaking. Location:London, E1
Annual Salary: £24,000
Hours/Working Pattern: 35 Hours per week - 5 out of 7 days per week including 3 out of 4 weekends per month
In all areas, ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards. Duties include but are not to be limited to:
Vacuum/mop/polish floors of the main entrances and allother internal areas.
Clean glass in windows/doors main entrancesand all other internal areas.
Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.
Clean light fittings, check light bulbs and log for replacement if required
Report to Service Manager or Head Concierge anyfaults or hazards.
Experience in cleaning or caretaking
Good standard of education
Be competent in the use of a smart phone.
Be legally able to work in the UK.
Be fit and able to carry out the duties required.
