• Experience in cleaning or caretaking.

• Legally able to work in the UK.
• Fit and able to carry out the duties required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum/mop/polish floors of the main entrances and all internal areas.
• Clean glass in windows/doors of main entrances and all other internal areas.
• Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.
• Clean light fittings and check light bulbs.
• Report faults or hazards to Service Manager or Head Concierge.

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain the quality standards of the development by keeping communal areas clean and tidy in order to provide an exceptional level of service to all residents.

• Location:London, E1

• Annual Salary: £24,000

• Hours/Working Pattern: 35 Hours per week - 5 out of 7 days per week including 3 out of 4 weekends per month

What You\'ll Be Doing:

In all areas, ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards. Duties include but are not to be limited to:

• Vacuum/mop/polish floors of the main entrances and allother internal areas.

• Clean glass in windows/doors main entrancesand all other internal areas.

• Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.

• Clean light fittings, check light bulbs and log for replacement if required

• Report to Service Manager or Head Concierge anyfaults or hazards.
