A well-known charity organization based in Greater London is seeking a Community of Practice Lead. This volunteer senior leader will be instrumental in shaping how specialist volunteers contribute to the organization's mission. We are looking for a leader with a passion for sharing best practices and expertise and helping communities to inspire and support volunteers on this journey across our Community of Practice – Property.
As a Community of Practice Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping how specialist volunteers contribute to St John Ambulance's mission, helping to establish and maintain standards of excellence. As a volunteer senior leader, attendance at various meetings is expected. Most of these will occur in the evening, some at weekends but there is potential for some day time meetings that your attendance may be required at which involves working with our salaried colleagues.
