Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop volunteering opportunities at the Carers Centre.
• Review and reinforce policies and procedures for volunteer-supported projects.
• Develop and implement systems for recruiting volunteers.
• Deliver induction and ongoing training for volunteers.
• Supervise volunteers to support carers and ensure positive changes.
• Keep accurate records and statistics.
• Monitor and report on feedback with carers and volunteers.
• Participate in supervision and training for service operation.
• Engage in research and networking opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to the values and policies of the Carers Centre.
