Your primary responsibility as a Digital Agent is to generate showroom traffic by converting digital enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments. Acting as the first point of contact for customers across all digital platforms, your role is crucial in driving the success of the Sales team and ensuring each customer is well-informed and excited to visit our dealership.
Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll coordinate and book appointments, manage enquiries, process deposits, and ensure that potential customers feel valued and engaged.
