A leading provider of adult social care in the UK is seeking a Female Support Worker in Wickford to support young adults with complex needs. The role involves building relationships, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting independence. Salary: £12.65 per hour / £19,734.00 per annum (Based on 30 hours)
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Service: Nexus Support Limited – Wickford

Nexus Support Limited is a specialist provider working alongside people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs aged between 16 and 45, and their families in the South Essex area. Covering: Basildon, Castle Point, Chelmsford, Southend.
Days are spent supporting people to live a meaningful life. We provide opportunities to grow, develop new skills and to explore and enjoy new and established interests and experiences. This may include activities such as swimming, exercising, health & beauty and any preferred activities that individuals may wish to participate in within community settings and within their own homes.
When not out and about staff are on hand for chats and advice to help when times become challenging.
You will need to be available to work for a minimum of two shifts per week supporting the person at home and within the community. Shift patterns include early shifts, late shifts, sleep in and alternate weekends.
