Social Work Team Manager – Children with Disabilities – Kensington (UK) – £45.20 per hour Hourly – Ongoing contract

What You Will Do
  • Lead and supervise a team of social workers, ensuring high‑quality support and outcomes for children with disabilities and their families

  • Collaborate with partner agencies, families, and communities to ensure a comprehensive approach to children’s services
  • Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive team culture
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current registration with Social Work England
  • Significant managerial experience, including roles as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager
  • Extensive frontline experience in children’s services, specifically working within disabilities support
