Qualifications

• Experience providing comments on large-scale Planning applications.
• Leading complex noise/pollution investigations.
• Knowledge of Case Law for statutory, public nuisance and Licensing controls.

Responsibilities

• Addressing noise and nuisance issues within the Borough.
• Acting as a statutory consultee and advisor to council teams.
• Preparing prosecution files and attending court as required.
