**Circa £40,883 (Depending on Skills & Experience)**We’re looking for a Performance Plan Analyst to help drive robust performance tracking, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement across Water Recycling. This role is essential in ensuring our strategic performance plan delivers meaningful, measurable outcomes for our customers, our environment, and our regulatory commitments. You will develop and refine tracking systems, monitor the effectiveness of interventions, providing high‑quality performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with operational, programme, and performance teams. Your analysis and insights will support decision‑making at all levels while enabling a culture of outcome‑focused performance and continuous improvement.
