A leading kitchen specialist in the UK is seeking a People Data Analyst to join their People team. The role focuses on transforming workforce data into insights that support decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, particularly within HR, with strong skills in reporting tools like Excel and Power BI. We’re looking for a People Data Analyst to join our People team and help us transform workforce data into meaningful insights that drive smart decision making across the business.
Salary up to £40,000 per year, DOE

A collaborative culture built on care, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Analyse people data across the full employee life-cycle (including recruitment, on-boarding, performance, absence, retention, diversity, all elements of reward and engagement)
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using evidence based insights
Support workforce planning, organisational change, and strategic people initiatives with robust analysis
Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards for the People Team and wider business
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Work with system owners to improve data capture and reporting capability
Experience in a Data Analyst or reporting role, desirably within the People function
Strong skills using reporting, analysis, or visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
Understanding of data protection and GDPR in a People context
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to build effective working relationships across the People Team and the wider organisation
Teamplayer, the successful candidate will contribute to wider People Team activity as required
