An educational institution in Hull is seeking a part-time College Counsellor to provide a high-quality and confidential counselling service for students and staff. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires a BACP qualification, along with substantial practice experience. This role is offered as a job share across two posts, usually split into two 22-hour part-time roles (38 weeks per year), together covering 44 hours across 6 days. Some flexibility is available in how the hours are split between the two postholders.
Salary: £27,737.84 per annum (based on 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year)
As our College Counsellor, this post will generally operate between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. depending upon student and staff needs.
The post holder will work as a key member of the learner services team to provide a high quality, professional and confidential counselling service to current and potential students and staff.
