Job summary

A global leader in mission support is seeking a Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) for a government contract on Diego Garcia. The SSHO will prepare and enforce the Contractor’s Safety Program and ensure compliance with USG and international safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, five years of experience in safety programs, and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in austere environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in safety programs for contracts.
• Able to maintain facility credentials and pass medical requirements.
• Experience working in remote environments with multi-national workforce.
