Job summary

A leading financial services firm in London seeks a Global Regulatory Exams and Inquiries Officer. The successful candidate will oversee regulatory examinations and inquiries primarily focused on APAC and EMEA jurisdictions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, manage the examination process, and lead responses to regulatory inquiries. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or related field, alongside at least 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or Risk Management.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Substantial expertise in delivering Regulatory Exams and Inquiries globally.
• Understanding of regulatory risk management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory examinations and inquiries from London.
• Coordinate the collection and review of relevant documents.
• Prepare senior managers for interviews with regulatory examiners.
