Responsibilities
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and messages
  • Updating systems to capture and report accurate data
  • Supporting planning applications
  • Assisting Planners to schedule works
  • Supporting with producing clear and concise work instructions for operational teams
  • Supporting with case management of customer enquiries
Qualifications

What do you need?

Great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an enjoyment of problem solving are essential, along with GCSE Grade C/4 passes in Maths and English or equivalent.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office along with a proactive and positive attitude is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
