• Professional registration with HCPC is essential.

• Experience of caseload management/complex conditions & cases essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied and complex caseload.
• Involving patients in the co-production of their own care plans.
• Participating in the planning, development, and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy service.
