Qualifications

• Professional registration with HCPC.
• Experience working as a qualified O.T, preferably in mental health.
• Experience of caseload management/complex conditions & cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and complex caseload.
• Involve patients in the co-production of their own care plans.
• Record treatment progress and CPA reports on RIO.
• Provide leadership for junior/non-registered staff.
• Participate in planning and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy service.
