A leading bioanalytical solutions provider in York is seeking an experienced Head of Delivery (Chromatographic Bioanalysis) to join their senior leadership team. This critical role involves overseeing bioanalysis delivery for pre-clinical and clinical studies while ensuring compliance with GLP/GCP and ICH M10 standards. Candidates should have over 10 years’ experience in regulated laboratories and significant leadership skills in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in regulated bioanalytical laboratories.
• Proven ability to improve delivery performance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise delivery of chromatographic bioanalysis studies.
• Set clear operating standards and priorities.
• Ensure GLP/GCP-compliant study execution.
• Manage resources and delivery timelines.
• Line manage, coach, and develop Responsible Scientists.
• Oversee method lifecycle in partnership with Scientific Development.
• Lead audit readiness and support regulatory inspections.
• Engage with clients and support scientific and commercial activities.
