• Excellent problem solving skills and fault finding techniques.
• IT literate with networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service, maintenance and repair of Ricoh products.
• Manage installation and de-installation processes while meeting milestones.
• Maximise revenue by identifying business opportunities.
