A transportation services provider is seeking a Highways Maintenance Operative to join their team in Brighton. The role involves operational support for highway maintenance, requiring experience in similar fields and a full UK driving licence. Successful candidates will work outdoors in all weather conditions and provide hands-on support for essential maintenance tasks while operating various light machinery. The position offers competitive hourly rates and various benefits.

Location: Based at one of the following depots. Weatherhill Depot (RH6 9JE), Ford Depot (BN18 0DF), Marley Lane Depot (TN33 0RE)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Days
Salary: £13.45 to £15.83 per hour (depending on experience) + call out + overtime
