Responsibilities

• Manage all family accounts and CCS enquiries.
• First point of contact for families through email and phone.
• Support the Executive Service Manager with wages and rostering.
• Manage the waitlist for families with future enrolments.
• Work with the Executive Service Manager with marketing and recruitment initiatives.
