Job description

This is a hybrid contract role for an RTITB Forklift Instructor based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some opportunities to work from home. The RTITB Forklift Instructor will be responsible for delivering training to individuals on safe and efficient forklift operation, assessing trainees’ performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. The role also involves creating and maintaining training materials, monitoring participants’ understanding and ensuring all certifications and documentation are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and proven ability to train others in safe and efficient practices
• Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes and Material Handling
• Experience in Unloading and Packing of goods

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and instruct trainees
• Certification as an RTITB Forklift Instructor is required
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is beneficial
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance on-site and remote work responsibilities
