We are currently expanding & looking for a self-motivated individual who is keen to expand their skills & knowledge to progress their career further in either of the following roles:-

ARCHITECT (RIBA Qualified)

OR

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST/TECHNICIAN (CIAT Registered)

Candidates wishing to join our friendly team for either role must have

• Minimum 3 years experience, predominantly in the residential sector, along with some commercial design experience
• Strong technical skills & exposure to all RIBA stages of work
• Working knowledge and experience of UK Planning and Building Regulations
• Good communication skills to deal with clients, colleagues, suppliers, statutory bodies and contractors
• Experience in using AutoCAD is essential, and a familiarity with Sketch Up & Photoshop would be desirable
• Full clean driving licence & own transport
