A youth work charity located in Plymouth seeks a Supported Accommodation Project Coordinator. This permanent, full-time role requires excellent organizational skills, coordination of housing management support, and experience in supervising others. Permanent Contract - 37 hours per week including evenings
Salary - £29,031.24 per annum
Based in Plymouth
Plymouth House is a new accommodation opportunity providing a safe space for young people to engage in our EMOTE Programme (Enter Meaningful Occupation, Training & Employment) and develop the skills to move onto full independence.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, enthusiastic and skilled coordinator to join our new supported housing team. You will work closely with the Head of Accommodation and Youth Work Coach Coordinator to provide coordination and housing management support for our project.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, who is able to multi-task, produce work to an accurate high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a busy environment. Experience of supervising/coaching and supporting others is essential for this role as you will also share the Line Management of the Youth Work Coach & Admin team with Youth Work Coach Coordinator.
The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the supported accommodation service.
