• 2 - 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, or MSSP environments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Bitdefender GravityZone and Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Foundational scripting/query experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate managed security platforms.
• Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for incidents and support tickets.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring technical issues.
