A leading construction materials company in Northern Ireland is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, reviewing accounts for accuracy, and assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts. The ideal candidate should be fully qualified with a recognized professional body such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA and have experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and ERP systems is essential. This position offers competitive benefits including a pension contribution and career development opportunities.
Role Overview: As an Assistant Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic finance team. The role encompasses reporting, financial analysis and day-to-day accounting support. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
