Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and good Excel skills.

What our new ‘Assistant Accountant’ will be doing

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple group entities
• Generate journals for accrual & prepayment and other manual transactions
• Complete monthly reconciliations
• Review accounts for accuracy
• Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors

The experience our new ‘Assistant Accountant’ will have includes

• Part of fully qualified with a recognised professional body (such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment with rigid month-end procedures and timelines
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and good Excel skills
