• In-depth knowledge of water treatment and wastewater treatment equipment including pumping systems.
• Strong communication skills to interact with other disciplines and clients.
• Capability to manage design delivery and project manage.
• Team leader capable of managing and motivating individuals.
• Willingness to contribute to and develop technical knowledge networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEICA design and integration with other disciplines.
• Prepare design deliverables balancing time, cost, and quality.
• Work with resource manager for project resources and capability growth.
• Business development including support to Account Leaders and Practices.
• Manage finances of small to medium sized projects with a MEICA bias.
