• 3+ years of experience in a software development or platform engineering role.
• Experience operating production systems on AWS or other cloud providers.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Ability to write production-quality code and solve technical problems.
• Experience with incident management and on-call rotations.
• Awareness of security best practices.
• Ability to manage infrastructure costs effectively.
