Royalty Matching Assistant - 6Month FTC - Kollective Neighbouring Rights

UK & Ireland, United Kingdom, London

Joining the growing Kollective Neighbouring Rights team in London on a 6 Month Contract, you will report to the VP, Operations, and will support the Distribution team in data-matching processes required to enable accurate royalty payments to our clients. You will be a highly organised and analytical person with a proactive mindset and a willingness to expand an understanding of the overall music business.

What you'll do
  • Research recording matches for royalties reported by the Collective Management Organisations to our internal database, to ensure accurate onward reporting to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our royalty processing, international, and client services teams to troubleshoot any issues preventing success processing matched.
  • Provide frequent feedback to VP, Operations on progress
Who you are
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in all MS Office programs – especially Excel.
  • Experience in running SQL scripts an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and time-constrained environment with maximum focus.
  • Comfortable working on repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
