We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists as a Customer Service Representative in our contact centre in Darlington.

Working in our dedicated Customer Support Centre, you will contribute to maintaining high standards for our customers. The key purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between Northgate & its customer base to keep our fleet in peak condition.

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage large volumes of outbound communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identify customer needs and confidently clarifying information and solutions.
• Managing customer data & job card creation in our Customer Management system.
• Championing the customer in everything you do. Working in partnership with other departments/suppliers to deliver exceptional service

Salary - £23,874
