Job summary

A reputable nursing home in the UK is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality care to elderly residents. As a Staff Nurse, you will work night shifts and be responsible for planning and evaluating care, training new staff, and maintaining accurate medical records. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications (RGN or RMN), at least 2 years of experience, and a passion for elderly care. Competitive hourly rate of £23.25 offered.

Qualifications

• You must be a qualified nurse – RGN or RMN – and have a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience within a similar setting is required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care.
• Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
