• 5–7+ years' sales experience in medical devices, healthcare consumables, or infection prevention.
• Proven success managing international distributors and OEM partnerships.
• Strong negotiation experience with long-term commercial agreements.

• Develop and execute the global OEM/PL strategy.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of international OEM and Private Label partners.
• Own OEM/PL sales forecasting and performance reporting.
