A leading education charity in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Philanthropy Manager to drive its fundraising initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in securing significant gifts. The ideal candidate will develop fundraising strategies and manage key relationships with high-value supporters. This position operates in a hybrid environment, requiring attendance in West London two days a week.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive cases for support.
• Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Proven track record of securing five-and six-figure gifts from trusts, foundations or HNWIs.
• Experience in managing and implementing a fundraising strategy for trusts, foundations, or HNWIs.
• Experience in developing and delivering donor strategies and managing complex relationships.
