A leading IT solutions provider in Maidstone is seeking a DS Field Technician to maintain and repair managed print equipment. The role involves providing technical support on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have extensive experience with MFP devices, a full driving license, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers a hybrid working model and competitive salary along with additional company benefits.

Role: DS Field Technician
Location: Maidstone (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: Competitive salary plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid‑for volunteering days a year.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm
Interview Process: 2-stage process
To maintain, repair and provide technical support for managed print equipment, ensuring that devices are repaired and maintained to SCC DS’s technical and published product specifications, whilst ensuring both SCC DS and client work methods and health and safety procedures are adhered to.
Security clearance or willingness to apply will be required for this role.
