Overview

Beaumont Care Homes - Arches Care Home Belfast. Domestic Assistant role located at Arches Care Home, 144 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, County Down, BT4 3EQ.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness in the home.
• Understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations, including the equipment and materials required.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents’ families and visitors.
• Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
• Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
• Provide a caring nature and positive attitude to give the best possible service to residents.
• As a team player, communicate effectively and contribute to a changing environment.
