Job summary

Qualifications

  • Required to join the PVG Scheme for regulated work with children and protected adults.
  • Must hold a current full driving licence.
  • Minimum requirement of one reference from recent employer.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate part of the Discharge to Assess model of care delivery.
  • Work within the ARI Discharge Hub and travel throughout the central area.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continual improvement of service quality.
