A growing holiday operator in the UK is seeking a Dining Room Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction. Join us as a Dining Room Manager and kickstart your career with Daish’s Holidays! If you want career progression or a stable all year-round employment then Daish’s is the perfect fit for you.

We offer a fun and inclusive working environment at up to £26,500 per annum after a 3 month probation period. If you refer a friend to work for us, you'll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with set shifts of 7.45am – 10.45am and 17.45 – 20.45. No long shifts, all afternoon to do what you like and no late nights or really early mornings!

Our dining rooms operate a tad different to a typical restaurant, with the exception of arrival day, you will always have a preorder for your tables for dinner. So no more cook to order, everything is ready to go bang on 18.30 when our eager guests arrive!

Qualities and skills you can bring to the table:

• Coordinate daily, front and back of house restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction
• Organise and supervise staffing for twice daily meal times for our guests
• Mentor new waiting staff with the correct operational procedures for the Restaurant
• Greeting and serving guests with food and drinks as required.
• Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistants
• Work as a team with other staff in the dining room, and effectively be able to communicate with the Kitchen staff.
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)
