Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to join our busy Operations team in the role of Digital Operations Coordinator based in our South West London Office, currently a minimum of 4 days per week (Mon – Thurs) in office.

Your role will include facilitating the preparation, processing and delivery of our video assets to our external partners, creation and entry of release critical metadata as well as liaising with label staff, international staff and supporting the Operations team in day to day tasks.

The ideal candidate will be an effective and organised communicator with a passion for music and a strong eye for detail. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and deliver to a high standard under pressure. You will have experience within the world of digital supply chain, handling of meta data, good excel and general computer skills. You should have an understanding of Adobe packages such as Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. Experience interacting with databases and structured data in general would be beneficial.
