In this role you will have the opportunity to use your analytical expertise to shape how the organisation understands digital performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Website User Testing and Experience, you will turn data into actionable insight, helping us optimise our website, campaigns and user experience across the Bank, and play a key part in developing robust measurement frameworks, managing digital analytics platforms, and ensuring our data is trusted, compliant and strategically used.
With proven experience in digital analytics, reporting and insights, you will also be able to demonstrate the ability to translate complex information for non-technical audiences. Using your knowledge of data visualisation tools and your familiarity with customer journeys, you will support improvements to our website to continually improve the experience for stakeholders.
Robust and accurate analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management are also essential for this role to guide stakeholders in tentering and acting on data. You will also be curious, particularly about digital analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
