Peebles Media Group is looking for a Digital Assistant to join its team in Glasgow.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will support the commercial sales teams with third‑party advertising campaigns for all six B2B publications. This job is an opportunity for someone to learn new skills and begin their career in the digital sales and marketing space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Publish paid‑for advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Communicate with clients to gather creative, chase copy and sign off campaigns
  • Report stats through multiple channels, including Google Analytics
  • Track past, current and future bookings for sales records
  • Attend site visits to capture content for social media
  • Regularly upload content to social media
  • Build HTML email advertising campaigns
  • Prepare and schedule weekly newsletters
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks to support the workload of digital team
Requirements
  • Display thorough attention to detail
  • Possess a high level of organisational skills
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to ad‑hoc situations
  • Understand how to identify and capture engaging content for social media
  • Have experience editing video content such as Instagram reels
  • Be able to confidently communicate by phone, email and face‑to‑face
  • Be pro‑active and self‑motivated to manage own workload
