Job summary

A leading global IT services provider seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site support in Bristol. The successful candidate will manage the deployment and configuration of desktop and laptop systems, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and support clients in various IT environments. This full-time role includes flexible hours and the potential for overtime. Candidates must meet UK Security clearance requirements and possess strong IT troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Deskside Support role with troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and onwards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy desktops, laptops, and virtual desktops.
  • Perform software installations and asset deployments.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues.
