What You’ll Do
  • Business Development & Growth: Identify, target, and win new business across enterprise, corporate, and specialist sectors—opening doors, nurturing relationships, and driving CTI’s expansion into new accounts.
  • Sales Leadership: Build a robust pipeline from cold outreach to warm referrals and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position CTI’s AV solutions as the answer. Proposals are persuasive, not just informative.
  • Market Expansion: Own your territory, identify growth sectors, spot trends, and help CTI dominate the UK AV landscape.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering and delivery teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
  • Client Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for your clients, delivering value beyond the project and building lasting partnerships.
