A children's care organization in Taunton is looking for a Deputy Intensive Children's Home Manager to provide therapeutic support for young people. This role requires a minimum Level 3 qualification in Children's residential and at least 2 years' experience in a Residential Children's home. You will mentor your team and ensure that children receive the care they need. The position offers a competitive salary starting from £33,665 to £35,881 per annum with additional earnings for sleeps and overtime.
From £33,665 per annum rising to £35,881 with additional payments for sleeps and overtime
9-5 Monday to Friday plus occasional sleeps and shift work as needed.
Full UK Driving Licence is required

This is an exciting new venture where you would be supporting 2 young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties on a 2:1 basis.As Deputy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all—leading by example, setting boundaries, mentoring your team and ensuring every child in our care gets the therapeutic support and structure they need to reach their full potential.
Working alongside a Registered Manager, you will also have the additional support of Keys clinical teamand ALFA, our innovative hybrid learning solution.

Salary From £33,665 - £35,881 per annum DOE and qualifications PLUS additional sleep in rate and overtime
