Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in estimating, commercial management, P&L oversight.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-security, sensitive environment.
• Eligible for BPSS vetting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Prepare accurate estimating and pricing for planned and project works.
• Lead commercial management activities across the contract.
