A global conservation organization is seeking a Database and Operations Manager to oversee their CRM and data operations. This role is crucial to supporting their fundraising efforts, offering significant responsibility in managing data integrity and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or operations management, along with substantial experience in CRM administration and data strategy. This position allows for a flexible remote working arrangement within the UK.

Contract: Open-ended
Salary: £45,000 per annum depending on skills/experience, plus competitive 12% pension benefit
Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata in year 1, increasing by 1 day p/a to 28 days
