Responsibilities

• Maintain system usage for operational staff.
• Support and grow a Super User network.
• Transition from incumbent systems to Totalmobile.
• Maintain sub-contractors access to the Totalmobile Portal.
• Point of contact for solving configuration problems.
• Work on projects such as Power BI dashboards.
• Test enhancements and new functionality releases.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve data challenges.
