Qualifications

• Experience supporting data centre infrastructure, including servers and storage systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced smart hands support across the client's data centre environments.
• Independently execute technical migrations and installations.
• Collaborate closely with consultancy and customer technical teams.
• Support documentation creation including runbooks and test plans.
• Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
