You’re a clear and confident communicator who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and easy to use. What you’ll do:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll deliver real value by designing and building complex, scalable data solutions. Acting as a bridge between the business and the data team, you’ll help ensure insights are trusted, actionable and widely used. This will include:

• Applying your experience and knowledge to improve the sophistication of our business intelligence and the insights we generate
• Playing a visible role within the data community, helping to build and nurture an excellent data culture across the wider business
• Delivering actionable insights and detailed reporting to optimise our products and accelerate growth
• Applying quantitative and mathematical modelling to forecasting, experimentation, and A/B test performance

What you’ll bring:

• Excitement about working in a scale up environment, with a proactive and curious approach to learning
• Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
• Excellent knowledge of applied statistical modelling and analytical techniques
• Fluency in SQL
• Knowledge of data governance and quality standards (Purview or similar tools a plus)
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills
