You will gain data experience across various departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service over a 24-month apprenticeship. You will learn and obtain data experience in different departments, such as:
The apprenticeship lasts 24 months and integrates you into multiple business functions. You will be supported by a designated placement mentor.

Personal and professional development is at the heart of a career at Kohler Mira, with regular time for self‑reflection and review, access to comprehensive apprenticeship courses and materials, and two‑way feedback.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*‑C or 9‑4) to include English, Maths.
Successful completion of Level 3 qualification (e.g. A‑level, BTEC) with grades equaling 96 UCAS points or higher.
Interest in business, economics, maths, technology, sustainability.
Strong desire to learn and develop, open thinking, adaptability.
Demonstrated involvement in extra‑curricular activities or voluntary work.
Previous work experience or school‑based business initiatives (e.g. STEAM, Young enterprise).
Good IT skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new software.
Ideally a strong work ethic, e.g. through part‑time employment or voluntary activities.
