Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. You should be proficient in Python and/or JavaScript, and able to work with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to solve coding problems and explain your solution.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots complex coding questions and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (or another supported language) and ability to explain coding solutions
