Position Overview

The Data Administrator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and narratives. You’ll be responsible for producing, analyzing, and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data to support internal teams and external clients. Initially focused on Excel-based reporting, the role will evolve into automated dashboard creation using Power BI, with full support for your professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain bespoke client reporting documents using Excel
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to support business decisions
  • Interpret qualitative feedback and integrate it into reporting outputs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs
  • Present data findings in clear, engaging formats for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support the transition to automated dashboards using Power BI
  • Document processes and maintain reporting standards
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

  • GCSE/A-Level qualifications in Mathematics (Essential)
  • Previous experience in data administration or analysis (Desirable)

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Experience producing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
  • Understanding of data validation and cleansing techniques
  • Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools (Desirable)
